Proposed Assembly Building. _
PostSubject: Proposed Assembly Building.   Proposed Assembly Building. EmptyWed 21 Jul - 4:22

Today Vice-Chairman has announced a government plan to building a Assembly Building to house the Cabinet and Regional Government.
He said;
"The Assembly Building will be home to the Coalitions Regional Government and it's Cabinet.

The building is to be built on an estate named the The Arthur Estate. The grounds of the Estate (224 Acres) will cost approximately £20,000 and the cost of constructing the Assembly Building will be roughly F$1.7 million.

The building is to be designed in Greek Classical tradition, constructed by Trust Partners Ltd under the guidance of architect Arnold Thorne. He is a man who pays great attention to detail with many of the features in the new Building having symbolic reference. One example of this detail can be illustrated by the length of the building for it will measure exactly 365 feet wide, representative of one foot for each day of the year."
