The Scrolling News Announcements.

As this is a regional forum you should have a fair say in what goes on in it. Therefore here are the new Scrolling News Announcements Rules.

1. Any nation can have national news scrolling on the News Scroller. This can be anything from new flags, new land, war, diplomacy, games to economy and relations.. It can be anything to do with your nation.

2. To have this news on the scoller you must Private Message or Telegram the Admin with your news.

3. All News will posted for a maximum of 5 days (unless otherwise specified in your PM or Telegram.)
